Why does Dell Computer Corporation always promote sales of its products when there prices never change? Emails with coupons, only to discount pricey items over 1000. Sales for desktops, 1/3 off, but the price is jacked up and then discounted to the price they had the week before. Are there people that don't do their homework. This gimmik is to easy to ignore.
