Where and how can I get fairly used but functioning laptops at the cheapest rates for re-sale in Africa?

I'm in computer sales and supplies here in NIgeria. My aim is to buy fairly used laptops, particularly the Pentiums I and II, (and III, IV of course) for re-sale in Nigeria. The use of desktops have been hampered by the erratic power supply here. So we are trying to encourage the use of laptops.
