Do I have sufficient graphics/computer power to run World of Warcraft?
It's an Acer desktop, and has an Intel(r) Pentium (r) Dual cpu E2180 @2.00 ghz. The graphics card on it is a Nvidia GeForce 7050/Nvidia N Force 620i. It's a new computer, bought in the last month, but the sales person wasn't 100% sure. The graphics card is integrated which they did say wasn't the best but should be able to play WoW. Thank you for your time.

- Hi, yes you do have sufficient power to run World of Warcraft. I would recommend you tweak the video card settings. Follow the instructions on this article: http://pcwizkid.blogspot.com/2008/02/tweaking-your-video-settings-for_2211.html Cheers
- Since your graphics card is integrated, it probably has 64MB memory. Also since it is integrated it will use alot of your RAM memory to display the demanding graphics. For WOW or any other gamimg I would recommend atleast 512MB of Graphics memory I would reccommend atleast the Nvidia GeForce 9500GS, 7800, 8700GT.
- That should be fine. My son runs his on an old Pentium 1.5 gig P4 with a 256mb ATI Radeon and 756kb of memory. He added an external hard drive because it is a disk space hog.
- Depends how much detail you want. It should handle a low resolution with low detail. A high resolution and high details is completely out of reach. WoW is pretty demanding, and even high end computers lag during raids. The goal is getting it playable, and I don't think that setup can handle it. Get a 9800GT and ATI 4850, and bump the CPU up to something like 2.8gHz.
