I don't know computers & I know there are alot of smart people here that can tell me which one of these is #1?

I found a couple computers for sale, just tell me which is better! I need it for school, I won't be downloading hundreds of movies and games and such. I wouldn't buy any of the two computers.I think its best that you save up and buy one like this one for example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883109022 A computer with no operating system won't work until you install an operating system. Examples of operating systems are windows xp and windows vista. Windows vista is the newest version and xp was before it. I would choose the first option if I had to pick one. I think that its best that you save up some more money unless you urgently need it for school.
