Computer Hardware Job In Dubia?

I have a experience of 1 year in troubleshooting basic computer hardware & software related problems.But my communication skill is very bad.Will i get a job in Dubia and what will be the salary?

1. I was looking into the same thing myself, but it all depends on the organisation / company you are working for, alot of companies are setting up shop there so there's a good flow of jobs. I know one thing for sure, that every tech job in Dubai requires you to be able to speak English, so I don't think you should have a problem.
