Job prospects in computer hardware and networkings.?

My brother had completed courses in hardware technology(Webel, kolkata), Network+ and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) from a private institute in Kolkata. He is yet to get a job. I have no idea what type of job he should apply for. Can anybody suggest? Also is it possible for him to do something on his own? How to proceed?

1. Basically jobs that has to do with computer networking,particular those utilizing Cisco networks. 2. He can apply for Help Desk Analist or Corporate Help Desk support, if he has CCNA then apply for Network Management depends on which level he feels comfortable sometimes he can apply for Netowrk Admin which commonly known as NOC
