I would like to learn more about computer hardware or Tech Support ?

where can I go to get solid info on computer hardware if I'd like to use it to get a job in the field? you know, somewhere besides Best Buy. The check your credit on employment applications. or even experience in Tech Support. I live in Austin Texas.

1. Go to Amazon or Half.com or a book store and pick up a book on the A+ certification. That will teach you everything you need to know to get a Tech Support job. You can't do this in a week if you're starting from scratch. If it was easy, no one would need tech support.
