What does anyone think of the plug in computer chips on sale over the Internet?

Was thinking of one for my 2009 TC.

1. never had any problem, buying from validated traders like ebuyer.com, or if I use Ebay, then I pay by Paypal, so if there is any problem, I can easily get a refund. If you are referring to the Scion 2009 TC, maybe you should be asking this question in a more appropriate forum?
