What is the Best Computer Forum...?

Okay, I am a member of a few, but they are slow at answering anything, or they don't answer at all. These forums have over thousands of members too! SO, I'm going to ask you all for a good computer forum to join and be a part of that offers computer hardware, software, guidence, help, and etc. I'm picky with how the site looks, so hopefully the site's you all tell me, they will be clean and not trashy, LOL.
