Green AV is destroying my computer. Can someone help?

Well I think my computer might be done for. Out of no where Green AV started popping up, and started to tell me I had viruses. You know doing the typical trojan thing, and trying to get me to buy it. So I went looking for help in a forum to get rid of it. So like everyone else I was told to download Malwarebytes. So I download Malwarebytes(or "MBAM") from the website that the a person from the forum told me to, and as soon as I sarted the first Malwarbytes scan my computer started to have some more problems. Now Green AV keeps sending me a message that says "Green AV has detected spyware program Win32.Monster.fx that is trying to attack your computer.Do you want Green AV to block the attack?" Now I've done some extremely fast research and I know Win32.Monster.fx is a fake threat but when I tell Green Av not to block the attack my computer actually goes to a black/blue screen with the follownig error message: "A Spyware application has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer If this is the first time you've seen this Stop Error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need. Begining dump of physical memory.... Pysical memory dump complete restarting computer." It's doing this over and over. I've ran a full Malwarebytes computer scan, rebooted my computer and still Green AV exists. I can't get rid of Green AV for some reason. And I have no disc drive so I can't restore my computer or back up any files. Does anyone know what's going on? Is my computer done for? Is there any way I'm going to get rid of Green AV? What should I do next? Keep in mind I have no disc drive so I can't use back up discs or any other discs of any kind if that is what is required.

  1. my girlfriend got this the other day. i just restored the computer to the day before it happened and that worked great. from what i found this is really the only way to get rid of it. may i also recommend getting a mac. i switched over a few years ago and they dont have problems like this. its rather nice not to worry about it.
  2. Boot into safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly at startup till the safemode menu appears, then chose safemode ( no network ) If system boot ok into that then do a system restore to the date before any problems. If that fails then time for a shop to have look or reinstall windows.
