My computer monitor packaged with windows is not working?

Usually nowadays, my computer screen turns off by itself. I found that if I unplug the power cord and plug it back in, it turns on. Funny, but when it is on, i press the power button on the monitor, and it doesnt turn off. Same for when it is off, it doesnt turn on. Solution?!?!?

1. It looks like power button is stuck and unresponsive. You may have to send monitor to a service technician.
