Recommendations for a cheap gaming PC that can play Fallout 3?

I am really interested in getting Fallout 3 for the PC, but I don't have one.Do you know of a cheap(maybe $600 or less) that will run Fallout 3 smoothly?

1. AS long as you want a desktop and not a laptop, you can get a pretty decent gaming rig for under $600. Monitor sold separately :)
