Where is the best place to buy a cheap desktop basic pc?

I am looking to buy a cheap desktop pc maybe with vista or xp it has to have sa monitor and keyboard and tower! UK please many people have told me tesco but im not too sure

1. The Dell store online has a great selection of desktops on there website for a decent price.
2. Dell or Hp will probably be your best bet for a cheap but know this, they wont last as long as a decently built home computer.
