What is a good PC to buy for playing the Sims 2?Any suggestions???

I want a PC to play the Sims 2 and to burn CDs. Since I can't find a cheap PC now I want to wait and buy one that won't break again. How many GBs and RAM is good?? And what computer brand???

1. I have a DELL and my dad installed Windows Vista Program and it works VERY well with the Sims 2! My other computer, a windows XP, won't work with it for some reason.
2. Assuming you have everything but the system itself, try Mesh: http://snipurl.com/2xtzm I'd get the £35 graphics card too, so it'd come to £335. Much better than Dell.
