where can I get a good, free or cheap pc graphic equalizer to improve the sound of cd's?

I don't want anything fancy with redundant features. Any suggestions?

2. Look on shareware.com There was a guy in Italty who made a shareware/freeware demo that included a graphic eq, but it means making a permanent file. My Realtek sound card came with a Graphic EQ a 10 bander.
