How to make a cheap gaming PC?

can someone help me make a PC with a list of the components for a cheap PC gaming computer? Thanks

1. -a CPU of at least 2.0 Ghz -at least a 260 GB hard drive -spend like $80 on a graphics card -get a 20" or larger monitor -use windows 7 -and of course a CD rom =) -ram use 2 or 3gb for best speed -get a nice sound system if you want it to be a "true" gaming pc have fun!
2. cbf actually making the list, but just figure out your budget choose your cpu and gpu first, then your mobo then ram then case and any peripherals make sure your mobo has a sound card 60-70% of your money should go into the cpu/gpu make sure you have enough ram (at least 2gb)
