What cheap tablet pc should I get?

I am looking to buy a cheap tablet pc less than $900 and have seen a few HPs that would work but I am still undecided about which one to get. I would like: • 12 inch or bigger screen • keyboard • webcam • bluetooth • 4 gb memory • 200 gb hd or more if you have any suggestions then be sure to give a few websites so I can do some research. Thanks!!

1. i could not find any suggestions for you other than the hp you mentioned which i do NOT recommend.25 percent of laptops made by hp die in first three years.highest in world!
