2 question* why pc games are cheaper than cansoles and 2nd*.....?

1) i mean why pc games are cheaper even being the same game and having better graphics 2) why i just can't put a game on the rom i just boot it from itself and play? ( please---please) don't want fanboy just logics answers please. thanxs...

2. You need to install the game because as PC software is different in all PC's unlike a standard console, then a game must be installed on system. Otherwise programs like Direct X would need to be included in a game. Also installing the game allows you to modify it
