What discount should I get for a display computer?

I ordered a new dell hybrid £580. It had lots of little scratches on the uppermost side like it was 2nd hand or a display one. It was denied that it was 2nd hand, and I was offered 10% off, but I think it should be more. Should I ask for more; if so, how much?

1. Hold out for £100 but persoanlly I would return it as not fit for purpose, as per your statutory rights.
