Whats the cheapest bulk wholesalers for computer parts in Australia and China?

I'm new to this, but I'm looking to become a reseller by buying cheap bulk parts and reselling them for a bigger price. I need some help with some of the wholesalers though, since i know very few to none. Australian wholesalers are preffered, but Chinese ones are also fine. All answers are very appreciated, Mike!
