1. I wouldn't trust them. I just tried their number and just got an automated phone system (I know it's Saturday, but legitimate companies do have those things called 'employees' who work on weekends). Their 'contact us' tab just takes you to a generic e-mail form, which is always a bad sign, at least in my opinion.
