2. You could try looking for bargains on Newegg.com .. however that is aimed more at the individual pc builder. They have great prices and detail of their products. Good luck!
3. This is a real distributor --a big one --but their application process is pretty rigorous. (You need a brick and mortar business location, tax ID, incorporation or registered DBA, etc. You pay a hundred dollar fee, and fill in a credit application.)
