1. I honestly think that you need to get the striker looking at the specs plus i don't like radeon. <3
2. The second. Although it has a slower proc, the dual 9600GT video boards will fry the hell out of games and the difference in proc speed shouldn't be enough to harm anything but the heaviest image / video editing job.
