i want to know what kin of graphics card i should buy for my compaq desktop computer.?

i need a graphics card for my windows xp compaq pc and i need a graphics card with shader model 3/pixel shader 3 can some one give me a link to a cheap one.

2. A Radeon 4650 that will be more than enough for any game you want to play. At least on low ish graphics settings. (im guessing its for the sims 3, it will easily run that very well) Also with that card it uses up very little electricity so you can avoid having to replace your computers power supply.
