i bought this ibm laptop computer and dont know the lock code what should i do can i fix it?

1. you can call the customer service and they can remotely unlock it and reset to factory default. but when that happened to my dads coworker he had to buy a new computer ( i dont know if that was because they could not do anything about it, or if it was a security issue with his company) i recomend that you remember it next time.
