1. You should go to Dell.com Also if you go to the mall where you live, they might have a dell stand with dell people. they should help you out with it.
2. Go on www.craigslist.com I go there for all kinds of stuff that im interested in. even if its just out of curiosity.
3. Check out www.dell.com and www.newegg.com for the discount laptops, and for the computers, www.dell.com, www.newegg.com, www.hp.com
4. Ebay.com if used or Pricegrabber.com (so you can compare) if new.
