What IT/Computer jobs (hardware and software) could get you into America?

Im currently 15 doing my gcse (which i have took Ict as a option) I have recently set my self the goal of living in America. I understand i wont get my first job there but i am wondering what university course i should do and what kind of Computing jobs (both hardware and software) are available for british citizens who wish to work in America and gain Access to live their.
