where or how do you buy cheap PC parts like china cheap. i want to start a little home PC building business...?

In Australia and i was looking at websites like techbuy but there just retail. because if you look on eBay some people are selling like core 2 duo's with like a gig of ram and a 17 screen and everything else for around $380 and when i added it up and found the same parts it was around $650 and some how the people on eBay still make a profit so please where are they getting such cheap parts. thank you very much
