Desktop Computer Packages

What are good computer help forums/websites out there?

I'm looking for a computer forum or something that I can ask anything about computers on. Hardware, software, security problems I can ask. Some site where there is a good amount of people so I can get responses when I ask a question. Yeah Y/A is ok I think but I don't get a lot of replies and like you said the accuracy is questionable. Here your question expires in 2 or 3 days so after that you can't follow-up or a week later if you still have a problem you can't add more detail. That's the problem with Y/A is that there is someone who has Y/A who knows the answer to your question but that person only has 2 days to find your question out of all these other questions to go thru. If that person who can answer your question isn't on here for a week then your screwed. As every minute goes by your question goes lower on the list. After a couple hours your question is 4 pages down and I don't think people go that far. Kinda got off subject here.

  1. This is a great site for MS Access help: http://www.utteraccess.com/forum/home.html Lost the site I wanted to give you for questions but here is a great site for info on hardware: http://www.pcstats.com/ Great site for computers questions though I usually use it for help removing viruses: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ Then cnet has a bunch of computer related forums: http://forums.cnet.com/ But all in all, Y/A is probably the best site for a quick answer though the "accuracy" is not always trustable
