If you have a IBM laptop computer how do you like it? Is it good for college use?

1. I got one from the school (Bryant) and it is well equiped and can also take a beating very well built it the Thinkpad R52
2. I have a Think Pad and I love it... Its light weight and easy to carry around:)
3. a while ago i read that IBM laptop has a problem with heat but i dont know whether they fix it ot not IBM still one of the best good luck

5. I have an IBM laptop. It is going to depend greatly on which model you are looking at. I have one that I think is WAY too heavy. I kind of lose the portability advantage because of the weight. Other than that, the computer is nice, runs well, and is very solid.
6. i have got the ibm t43 and so does about 65 kids in my yr seven yr whoich i am in and they r great. the x41 is smaller but in ways better and worse but the r52 is crap and a lot of the others arent as good as the t43 cause it is a bood size not too fat and not to small and not to thin but just right
