should I buy this IBM Thinkpad i Series laptop computer?

A fellow on Craigslist is selling an IBM Thinkpad i Series laptop computer with Windows ME on it for $88. He says it's working well, other than the battery. I need to know: A) Is it worth it? B) Does it look to you like I'll be able to use this at WiFi hotspots? C) Will it be fast enough to do desktop publishing, say with Pagemaker 7? Here are the specs: ******************** Operating System: Windows Me (4.90, Build 3000) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: IBM Corporation System Model: IBM Personal Computer BIOS: IBM Processor: Intel Celeron, ~550MHz Memory: 128MB RAM --------------- Display Devices --------------- Card name: Silicon Motion LynxEM+ - Drivers Manufacturer: Silicon Motion Inc. 1. Keep your money in your pocket. It is a very old computer by computer standards.
