Desktop Computer Packages

I am wanting Internet access for my only computer (IBM laptop).?

Dilemmas:1)I cannot use Cox because I have an old bill with them for $400.00 and am not ready or practical for me to afford to pay this bill at this time as Iam on a fairly tight budget right now with rent food etc. 2)Quest dose not offer internet service (just dial up) in my area. 3)Although my laptop is wireless yet even if I tried to access an unsecured network they are out of range. Has anyone got any clever answers to my current plight to achieve internet access?Is my only option to get dial up? MAYBE DIDNT MAKE MYSELF CLEAR TO THAT DUMB FUCK MARY 0.I SAID I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY MY OLD BILL "AT THIS PRESTENT TIME" SO GET OFF MY NUTTS FOR THAT AND SUE ME!I STILL NEED TO FIND AWAY TO ACHIEVE INTERNET ACCESS TODAY.IWILL PAY MY OLD BILL IN THE NEAR FUTURE ,BUT THAT WONT HELP ME TODAY.

1. No just pay your bill like everyone else nothing is free in life and you other then dial up stop trying to get illegal usage from cable.When you steal everyone suffers because their rates go up to cover the cost of those who steal.
2. Cough up the $400 bucks. If you can't pay it in a lump sum, then get a payment plan together.
3. Dont be a cheap bastrd, pay up or dont use it
4. People PC is pretty cheap if its available in you area $9.99 I think
