1. When Windows FIRST starts to load, quickly hit the F8 key toward the top of your keyboard. Thsi will open up the Boot up options, select SAFE MODE and hit the enter key. You have to hit the F8 key just right so it may take a few tries. GOOD LUCK
2. restart your system and press "F8" right after the beep.
