IBM T41 laptop keeps saying your computer is infected! Please answer!?

My IBM T41 laptop keeps saying ,"Windows has detected spywarei nfection.It is recommended to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss.Windows will now downoad and install the mostup-to-date antispyware for you.Click here to protect your computer from spyware."It says click here but it is not letting me click the icon!! And I also downloaded the Antispyware Tools. Please help I don't want my computer to get infected! Please reply as soon as possible!

1. Hi... sounds like your computer is already infected with Spyware... and it's really hard to get it off. Honestly I would recommend wiping your machine clean... do you have a system restore disk?? Just start from scratch and wipe your machine clean because it's a headache trying to get it to a point where you can login. Good luck in deciding what you want to do.
