Restoring the hard drive in a Dell Dimension 3000 desktop computer?

My computer got a virus and had to have the hard drive wiped clean. The tech doing the restore said I was missing the disk that had some drivers on it, the sound card, and the ethernet card. He was able to restore the pc so I can use it and I have internet. However, I don't have sound. I also don't have all the drivers and the ethernet parts. This disk(s) was not shipped with the pc because the package of disks was never opened until this problem. I called Dell and they won't send a new disk even though I never got the original. Can anyone supply me with a disk that will restore the sound and drivers?

1. Search the sound device on the internet. I have to do this every time i wipe my computer as i get no sound. I have no idea what your sound card or on board is too link you, I'm sorry.
2. Go to the dell website on another machine. Lookup the drivers for your model and download them. Burn to a cd or USB drive and install them on your computer.
