Is this a good gaming computer able to play newer games at high setting?

i wanted a gaming desktop that will able to play all new games at ultra high setting problem is i dont now much about pc. 1. its good for the gaming but i dident see that it said anything about a graphix card if your playing games you might need one and the cpu speed is not the best you can get now unless you over clock it
2. yeah it will...it has a good processor and an awesome graphics card! just make sure to reduce the resolution in crysis and far cry 2 if you plan on playing them
